All payments must be made through approved payment methods available on the Website.
The Company may accept payments through:
● UPI
● Net Banking
● Credit Cards
● Debit Cards
● Payment Gateways
● Bank Transfers
● Other approved digital payment methods
Payment shall be considered successful only upon receipt confirmation from the payment gateway or banking partner.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or withhold service commencement until payment is successfully received.
Users expressly acknowledge and agree that:

● GST Department Fees
● FSSAI Fees
● Any fees deposited with government or statutory authorities
Once such amounts are paid, deposited, submitted, or utilized on behalf of the User, no refund shall be available under any circumstances.
Government authorities operate independently and the Company has no authority to recover such amounts after payment.
Professional fees charged by the Company are separate from government fees.
Professional fees cover:
● Consultation
● Documentation
● Advisory
● Drafting
● Processing
● Filing Assistance
● Compliance Support
● Case Management
● Customer Support
● Administrative Costs
Refund eligibility for professional fees shall be determined strictly in accordance with this Policy.
Users may submit cancellation requests by emailing:

Cancellation requests shall be evaluated based on:
● Stage of service completion
● Work already performed
● Resources allocated
● Government filings completed
● Documentation prepared
Submission of a cancellation request does not automatically entitle the User to a refund.
Refund requests may be considered only on a case-by-case basis.
Refund approval shall depend upon the merits and facts of each case.
The Company reserves the right to review all supporting records, communications, documents, timelines, and work completed before making a determination.
Subject to review and approval:
A. Service Not Commenced
Where payment has been received but work has not commenced.
B. Delay Attributable Solely To Company
Where the Company fails to commence or complete services within the timeline specifically committed to the User through:
● Customer Dashboard
● Mobile Application
● Official Website
● Written Communication
provided that:
● The User has supplied all required information and documents;
● No delay is caused by government authorities;
● No delay is caused by third parties;
● No delay is caused by the User.
C. Duplicate Payments
Accidental duplicate payments made by the User may be refunded after verification.
Refunds shall generally not be granted where:
A.Government fees, statutory fees, filing fees, or official fees have already been paid.
B.Services have been substantially performed.
C.Applications have already been filed.
D.Documents have been prepared, reviewed, or submitted.
E.Delay is caused by:
● Government authorities
● Registry offices
● MCA
● Trademark Registry
● Copyright Office
● GST Authorities
● FSSAI Authorities
● Banks
● Payment gateways
● User’s failure to provide information
F.
Applications are rejected, objected to, opposed, delayed, abandoned, or questioned by authorities.
G.
The User changes their mind after work has commenced.
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable.
This includes:
● Legal Consultation
● Video Consultation
● Business Consultation
● Strategy Consultation
No refund shall be available once:
● A consultation has been scheduled;
● A consultation has been conducted;
● Expert time has been allocated.
Rescheduling may be permitted at the Company’s discretion.
All refund requests shall be reviewed by the Company’s Finance and Compliance Team.
The decision of the Company regarding refund approval, partial refund approval, or refund rejection shall be final, subject to applicable law.
The Company may request:
● Identity verification;
● Supporting documents;
● Payment proof;
Additional information before processing the request.
If a refund is approved:
● Refund processing shall commence after approval by the Finance Team.
● Refunds shall ordinarily be processed within 15 to 20 business days from the date of approval.
● Users shall be informed through email regarding approval and refund status.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending upon:
● Banks
● Card networks
● UPI providers
● Payment gateways
● Financial institutions
The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by such entities.
Users agree not to initiate unwarranted chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals after receiving services.
Where a chargeback is initiated despite services having been rendered, the Company reserves the right to:
● Contest the chargeback;
● Suspend services;
● Recover dues;
● Initiate legal proceedings where appropriate.
The Company may provide transaction records, invoices, communications, and service logs to payment processors or financial institutions to defend disputed transactions.
All payments are subject to applicable taxes including GST wherever applicable.
Refunds, if approved, shall be processed in accordance with applicable tax laws.
The Company reserves the right to:
● Refuse service;
● Hold transactions;
● Seek verification;
● Report suspicious activity
where fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or misuse is suspected.
The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, modify, or replace this Policy at any time.
Changes shall become effective upon publication on the Website.
